You have no idea how much I appreciate your extraordinary service (both customer and product)!!!!!
Hooked that lil' puppy up just now and my sweet gargoyle is gurgling away like a champ!!!!! In fact, if you want the truth of the matter - the Fountain Pro pump works magnificently BETTER than the original pump that came with it! Now, how does that grab you?

Parcel just arrived !
I couldn't wait to open it, you know, like a kid getting a birthday present (by the way, you're a bit early, my birthday is may 25th :-))

The mist adjuster is just GREAT.
It's really a plug and play (the connections I have are the same ones, which I was sure of...)
For the light, I'm on my way to find either a European/us adaptor or a 220V/12V adaptor.

Hi Rockee,
Just a note to let you know that I received my United pump and lite kit today safe and sound and am extremely happy with both of them. I have tried so many little pumps from around here and none of them have had enough power to push the water through my fountain, and now this little guy that you sent has tons of power and I only have the dial set half way, so I am very happy with it. Thankyou so much for all of your help in getting me exactly what I needed to get my indoor fountain up and running again. I will defiantly be back the next time one of my fountain pumps quit!

I just received the black fountain bowl from you, and thanks a bunch. It arrived in perfect condition. We had a hard time finding just the right bowl. It will go under a yellow jasper gemstone wall map and it will be filled with tiger's eye and laced with peacock copper. The black is perfect for what we needed.
